Try your hand at some of the world’s most enjoyed dances in this interactive workshop, which provides a safe and relaxed environment for older adults to share their passion and enthusiasm for dancing and movement.
The theme of the event is ‘dance through the ages’. There will be a number of taster sessions of various dance styles on offer for people to try plus an exhibition charting the history of dance.
