We meet on Tuesdays between 11.45 and 2.00pm The first part of our meetings is for “chat, tea and biscuits and occasionally cake” – but not lunch.  After a raffle we have an entertainment.

At this session we'll enjoy a demonstration of Bollywood Dancing followed by a Workshop. We invite you to join us for this special experience. Our two dancers will show us some of the Bollywood Dances and explain the meanings of the different movements. Then they will give us a Workshop to encourage us to have a go at creating some of the movements ourselves before for a final dance when we can use as many movements as we are able.

Everyone is welcome and no previous experience necessary.
